We want you to be happy with your TESOLEE artwork. This policy explains how cancellations, returns, refunds and delivery problems are handled.
Your Right to Withdraw
If you purchase as a consumer, you generally have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of receiving your artwork, without giving a reason, subject to any exceptions permitted by applicable law.
An artwork being produced after an order is placed does not automatically exclude this right.
Where an artwork has been genuinely personalised or made to your individual specifications, a statutory exception may apply. Any such exception will be clearly communicated where relevant.
How to Request a Return
To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact TESOLEE through our Contact page within the applicable 14-day period.
Please provide your name, order reference and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the purchase.
After notifying us, you generally have a further 14 days to return the artwork.
You may use the following wording:
“I hereby withdraw from my purchase of [artwork title], ordered on [date] and received on [date].”
Returning Your Artwork
Please contact us before dispatching a return so we can provide the appropriate return instructions and address.
Artwork should be securely packaged to protect it during transport. We recommend retaining the original protective packaging until you are satisfied with your order.
For an ordinary change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for the direct return shipping costs. This does not affect your rights where an artwork is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied.
Refunds
Where a statutory withdrawal right applies, TESOLEE will refund the payment received, including any applicable standard outbound delivery charge, in accordance with consumer law.
We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned artwork or you provide evidence that it has been sent back, whichever occurs first.
Refunds will normally be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
You may be responsible for any reduction in the artwork’s value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and condition.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Artwork
If your artwork arrives damaged, defective or materially different from what you ordered, please contact TESOLEE promptly.
Include your order reference and, where possible, photographs of the artwork and its packaging.
We will work with our production partner, WhiteWall, to investigate and arrange an appropriate remedy.
Your statutory rights concerning faulty or non-conforming goods remain unaffected by this policy. Where applicable, remedies may include repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order before dispatch, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will confirm the available options according to the order’s status and your applicable statutory rights.
