At TESOLEE, every artwork is produced to order and carefully prepared for delivery by our specialist fine art printing partner, WhiteWall.
Delivery Costs
Standard delivery is complimentary and included in the displayed artwork price. There are no additional standard shipping charges at checkout.
Production & Dispatch
Each artwork is individually produced following your order. Production and delivery times vary depending on the artwork, destination and delivery service.
We will provide available delivery information with your order confirmation.
International Orders
TESOLEE welcomes international orders.
For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import VAT or other local charges may apply. These are determined by the destination country’s authorities and are the customer’s responsibility unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout.
Packaging
Artworks are professionally packaged by WhiteWall using protective materials appropriate to the selected format.
Delivery Problems
If your artwork arrives damaged, or there is an issue with your delivery, please contact TESOLEE promptly through our Contact page. Include your order details and photographs of any visible damage, including the packaging where possible.
We will work with our production partner to resolve the issue.
