1. About TESOLEE
TESOLEE is an independent art brand operated by Lee Jones, based in Poland.
TESOLEE is the seller of the artworks offered through this website. Artwork production and fulfilment are carried out by our specialist fine art printing partner, WhiteWall.

2. Artwork and Editions
Artwork descriptions, dimensions, materials, prices and edition information are provided on individual product pages.
Where an artwork is offered as a limited edition, its edition size will be stated in the product description.
Colours may vary slightly between screen displays and the finished physical artwork due to differences in screen calibration, printing materials and lighting.
3. Prices and Payment
Artwork prices are displayed in euros (€).
Payments are securely processed through Stripe. TESOLEE does not receive or store your full payment card details.
Your card provider or bank may apply its own currency conversion rate or international transaction fees.
Any applicable taxes included in the displayed price will be identified during the purchasing process. Customs duties, import VAT or other charges imposed by authorities outside the European Union may be payable by the customer unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout.
4. Orders
By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.
An order acknowledgement does not automatically constitute acceptance of an order. Your purchase is accepted when TESOLEE confirms the order.
If an artwork becomes unavailable or an order cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you and arrange an appropriate refund where payment has already been taken.
5. Production and Delivery
Artworks are individually produced following an accepted order.
Standard delivery is complimentary and included in the displayed artwork price.
Production and delivery estimates may vary depending on the artwork, destination and circumstances outside our reasonable control.

6. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds
Cancellation and return rights depend on the circumstances of the purchase and applicable consumer protection law.
An artwork being produced after an order is placed does not, by itself, mean that statutory withdrawal rights are excluded. Any legally applicable exceptions will be assessed according to the nature of the product and relevant law.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits your statutory rights, including rights relating to faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods.
Please consult our Refunds & Returns page for further information or contact TESOLEE if you wish to raise an issue with an order.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries
If an artwork arrives damaged, defective or materially different from the item ordered, please contact TESOLEE as soon as reasonably possible.
Where possible, provide your order details and photographs of the artwork and packaging to help us investigate the issue.
TESOLEE will arrange an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable consumer law.
8. Intellectual Property
All artwork, imagery, text and other original creative content displayed on tesolee.com remain the intellectual property of their respective rights holders.
Purchasing a physical artwork does not transfer copyright, reproduction rights or commercial licensing rights to the purchaser.
Content may not be reproduced, distributed or commercially exploited without the relevant rights holder’s permission, except where permitted by law.
9. Website Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, prices and website information are accurate and current.
If a material error affects an order, we will contact you to explain the situation and discuss the available options.
10. Personal Information
Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Payment information is processed by Stripe in connection with your purchase.
11. Applicable Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Polish law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available to them under applicable consumer protection legislation.
12. Changes to These Terms
TESOLEE may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. The version applicable to an order is the version in effect when that order is placed.
