Stages explores identity, individuality and the different faces we present through modern portrait art.
Three overlapping female portraits share a single composition, each defined by a distinctive treatment of colour. Warm orange dominates the left, turquoise occupies the centre, and deep blue frames the figure on the right. Their green eyes provide a visual connection, while subtle differences in expression and placement give each face its own character.
The strong vertical divisions create a sense of progression, inviting the viewer to consider the figures as separate individuals or different stages of the same identity.
